Kevin Fadum 

Kevin has a rich foundation of experiences navigating complex situations and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Certificate Holder with the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI-CH) and has completed a Certificate in Investigation and Enforcement Skills at the Justice Institute of BC.  He was appointed to the Investigation Unit of the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner (OSIC) in 2023.   

 

Kevin incorporated as an external investigator in 2020.  He specializes in working with school districts.  When considering the preponderance of the evidence he draws on his professional training and background at the classroom, school, district and provincial levels of public education in British Columbia.  Kevin maintains his professional teaching certificate and brings a trauma informed approach to interviews with witnesses.    

Kevin is the part time Executive Director of the African Canadian Continuing Education Society (ACCES) a non profit organization that provides post secondary scholarships to promising and needy students in western Kenya since 1993.   

Previously Kevin worked in the largest school district in British Columbia as a teacher, school principal, and district principal of Human Resources.  He then became a Director of Member Support for a provincial professional association representing the interests of school principals and vice-principals.  Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree from Simon Fraser University and a Masters’ Degree from San Diego State University.

Kevin understands how classrooms, schools and school districts function and draws on his educational and professional background to serve clients effectively.
